I'd like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the excellent job you and your staff did on the recent remodeling to my condominium. 

Izzy and Eric worked very quickly and carefully in removing the countertop from my kitchen. Eric was a machine in delivering the materials for the hardwood floors . Darren and Mike worked incredibly hard to get the entire condo floor installed in essentially five days. Those two are clearly an efficient team (not to mention very entertaining, too). And John, the carpenter, was very professional in installing the trip and pulls. Sandy's efforts in assisting me and Becky's/Trisha's efforts in coordinating the job made it go very smoothly and minimally disruptive to my life. 

I'd also like to mention the fabricators, Raul, Ryan and their entire crew. It was a difficult installation because the cabinets on the peninsula were not level but they persevered and did an excellent job. And DJ, the plumber, did a great job installing the plumbing. I know how difficult it is dealing with contractors but these were top notch. 

Thanks to you and the others, I feel as though this is now my home and not just the place I'm living in. I already have and will continue to recommend Forever Floors as an honest and reputable business. And I look forward to doing business with you again.

On Thursday morning, August 27, 2009, I had an appointment with one of your employees named Joe, to fix the vinyl flooring in my kitchen where the seams come together and had come apart, in a few spots. 

He arrived in a timely manner, glued down the flooring where it had come up and resealed the seam with a product that is hardly visible and the job was completed in a timely manner and well done. 

I just want to thank you and especially Joe for the kind concern you show your customers, in solving their problems, your company is a "Class Act." You can depend on my recommendation to any of my friends who are in the market for new flooring.
